Yield: Enough to ice 12 cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 3/4 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Place egg white, sugar, salt, water and corn syrup in a double boiler. Beat for about 1 minute until thoroughly mixed.
- Place over boiling water and beat at high speed for about 4 minutes or until frosting forms peeks.
- Remove from heat and transfer to large bowl. Add vanilla and beat for another minute or until of good spreading consistency.
- Frost cooled cupcakes and sprinkle candy confetti over cupcakes.
